Samba Otavise is a multifaceted professional who seamlessly integrates medicine, technology, and leadership in his diverse career. As a certified World-Class Public Speaker and trainer by Intelligence Performance Ltd Uganda under Coach Phil, he captivates audiences and inspires change through his engaging presentations and workshops.
In addition to his public speaking and training prowess, Samba is a certified management consultant (CMC), human resource professional (HCRP), and customer relationship management consultant (CCRC) certified by Heroes Nation Consulting Nigeria under Dr. Mike Oladipo. This diverse skill set equips him to excel in various facets of organizational development and strategic planning.
With a background as a Medical Doctor, Samba transitioned into Cloud Solutions Architecture and DevOps Engineering, demonstrating versatility and a passion for innovation. As a proud member of the Amazon Web Services Community Builders Global Directory, his expertise extends beyond traditional boundaries.
As the Founder and CEO of Solavise Technologies Institute, Samba leads a mission-driven tech company focused on empowering individuals to leverage technology for personal and societal advancement. Solavise Tech reshapes the landscape of tech education through comprehensive training programs, equipping people with the tools to thrive in the digital age.
Additionally, Samba serves as the Business Development Manager for iConz Limited Cameroon, where he spearheads efforts to revolutionize online commerce in Africa. Beyond his professional endeavors, he is deeply engaged in philanthropic initiatives and community leadership.
As the Board Chair for RainBow Nutraceuticals and Phytomedicine (RBPHYNUMED), Samba drives initiatives aimed at promoting health and wellness in Cameroon and beyond. He is also a Co-Founder of Wisdom Cooperation Cameroon, an educational institution dedicated to preparing advanced-level students for competitive entrance exams.
Samba is also the Co-Founder of Medics In Tech, where he serves as the Director of Advocacy & Outreach and Co-Director of Technology Solutions. In this role, he identifies and cultivates partnerships with tech experts, healthcare professionals, organizations, and volunteers, including regional coordinators and governments. He facilitates the exchange of ideas and resources through networking events and workshops.
Moreover, Samba is the Cameroon Country Representative for RossyBright Care Foundation (ROCAF), a Christian-based, non-profit organization that addresses the economic, physical, social, medical, and spiritual needs of children, youths, and families in extreme poverty. ROCAF’s vision is born out of a love for God and His people, and an obedience to His Word to care for those in need among us, regardless of race, sex, or religion.

KIZITO TEMBU, PhD, MBA

Dr. Tembu Kizito brings over 12 years of invaluable business experience to the table. As a Co-Founder of Solavise Technologies Institute, he stands at the forefront of innovation, spearheading initiatives aimed at empowering individuals through technology. Additionally, Dr. Tembu serves as the Technical Advisor of RainBow Nutraceuticals and Phytomedicine, headquartered in Cameroon, where his strategic insights drive the company’s growth and impact.
Driven by a profound passion for building companies from the ground up, Dr. Tembu’s vision extends beyond profit margins to the creation of meaningful employment opportunities and the advancement of humanity. In 2016, he founded RossyBright Health Services in the USA, where he currently serves as the CEO. In this role, Dr. Tembu is entrusted with making critical corporate decisions, overseeing day-to-day operations, and charting the strategic direction of the company, all with the overarching aim of making a positive difference in the world.

Tarshi Yinkfu Eddison, a distinguished Cloud/DevOps Engineer with over 6 years of industry experience. He specializes in designing, implementing, and deploying complex infrastructures across multi-cloud environments, leveraging his expertise in migrations, automation, and the seamless integration of CI/CD workflows. Tarshi’s agile understanding of the software development life cycle enhances his technical knowledge, making him a seasoned cloud practitioner capable of facilitating innovative cloud platform solutions.

Emmanuel Ogundipe is an experienced Cloud DevOps Engineer and Cloud Sustainability Consultant, renowned for his expertise in optimizing cloud infrastructure while championing environmental responsibility. With over a deca of experience in leading cloud computing platforms like Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Emmanuel has spearheaded numerous projects aimed at designing and implementing sustainable cloud architectures. With his collaborative spirit, strategic mindset, and unwavering commitment to excellence, Emmanuel continues to pave the way for a greener, more sustainable future through his pioneering work in cloud engineering and sustainability consultancy
KEVIN TUEI
CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER
Kevin Tuei is a Cloud Consultant and a Certified Educator with 7 years of industry experience. He leads teams and drives digital transformation initiatives within organizations. As a Cloud Consultant, Kevin assists clients migrate on-premise workloads to the cloud. He is passionate about Data, AI, and Blockchain, and has expertise in the Cloud Adoption Framework and Well-Architected Framework. He also specializes in training on industry certifications from major technology providers and excels in co-creation, data analytics, user experience, and problem-solving.
As an experienced technical trainer, Kevin has consistently aligned over 1500 learners with industry needs and achieves excellent outcomes in training cohorts on Cloud Architecting and Cybersecurity. He holds multiple technology certifications from major providers including Microsoft, AWS, Huawei, CISCO and Atlassian. He is an ALX(African LeadershipxCelerator) Gold Fellow, an exclusive fellowship of the top 5-10% of ALX Tech Graduates haven graduated with the ALX Udacity Cloud Developer Nanodegree.
He is a member of global professional associations such as ISACA, PMI and IEEE Computer Society with an aim to consistently stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
Kevin is on a career mission to grow and mentor others into Technical Program/Project Management and use these skills to lead 500 successful projects targeting the SDGs on Quality Education and Gender Equality.
